make-believe: easter bunny

I used to believe…

When I was young, I used to believe to all rabbits gave us chocolate eggs at Easter.
So, on my fifth Easter, I saw a rabbit ans stared at it for 10, 30 minutes, an hour.
After 3 hours, the rabbit got bored and swatted me right in the stomach.
When the rabbit left, I saw something that looked like chocolate in the grass where the rabbit had been. I picked it up and put it in my mouth... It wasn't chocolate...
After that, I was scared of rabbits for some years.

When I was little I used to believe the Easter rabbit was a chicken and he put the chocolate in the garden. And when I looked for chocolate I looked for the chicken too.When my parents tald me "The Easter rabbit was not a chicken" I cried. I was desapointed. That's how I knew it was a rabbit.

When I was younger, I was a rather logical child. I knew Santa couldn't exist, so I asked my Mom and she said I was right. For whatever reason, I still believed in the Easter bunny, and my hopes came crashing down to reality when I saw my Mom bringing home the same stuff we had in our Easter baskets the next day.

When I was a child, I used to think that rabbits lay golden eggs hiding on Easter day, since in that thinking it is very funny but a strange girl's ideas.

When I was a child I used to believe that if we do not obey our parents, the bunny or Santa would not give us gifts. I would go to list of poorly educated children.

When I was a child, I used to believe in the Easter Bunny, as my mother always told me that the rabbit existed, and bought various gifts saying that the rabbit that brought to me.

When i was little i asked my parents if they could get me an easter basket for easter like the easter bunny but they didn't have much money and said "The easter bunny is not real" and i cried that day but i still believe in the easter bunny!

When my sister and I were little and the Easter time came around, we thought that you could give any food up for lent. My sister decided to give up fruit and vegetables for lent. That didn't go down well with mum and dad...

When I was little, I had a very strong belief in the Easter Bunny. One year, my father took my baby sister's pink bunny outfit and hung it on the clothes line then proceeded to tell me that he killed the Easter Bunny. We were going to have rabbit stew for dinner and use the pelt for coats. I cried for hours.

I used to believe that if I didn't go to sleep early on Easter, the Easter Bunny wouldn't come :(

One Easter as a child my sisters and I each got one of those big chocolate bunnies. My mom told us that if we eat too much chocolate we would turn into bunnies. I excitedly started eating faster as I thought how fun it would be to actually turn into a bunny. By the end of the day I was sadly still myself.

When I was a little girl I used to believe to the easter bunny I even thought I saw him once hidding eggs in the garden and a few minutes latter I went to see my mum to tell her I saw the easter bunny and she said she believed me.

Thanks to the easter bunny and the fact that it's always carrying around easter eggs, up until I was, (I'm very ashamed to admit this), 13 I believed rabbits laid eggs. Also I knew platypuses were the only mammal that laid eggs and that rabbits were infact mammals so I have know idea why I hadn't twigged. It took my dad crying with laughter telling that rabbits didn't lay eggs for me to realise.

I used to believe that the Easter Bunny was going to eat me and take me to his layer! So when we were taking pictures with the Easter Bunny I screamed and cryed and through a HUGE fit. It was crazy.

For easter my grandmother came over, and my brother and I had to share a room. We were very young, and my brother sat up from the floor and looked up at me.
He hatched an idea that we would take pictures of the easter bunny.
My parents caught us scheming and made my brother sleep with them so we wouldn't try anything.
