When i was little, i used to believe that the tooth fairy lived in the garden of Eden with Adam and Eve. I always thought she was one of the angels that kicked them out
i used to believe that the tooth fairy would hurt me... i never left my tooth under my pillow.. or even in the same room as me, or same floor
I used to believe that my families cherry tree in our back yard was a fairy tree. My brother and I would wake up every morning and go outside to see what the fairies had left us. Usually it was a stick of gum, or some money.
I didn't find out until later that my mum and dad were the one's putting presents under that tree.
i used to believe that when you were asleep little fairys sprinkled dreaming dust on you to make you have good dreams, then youre dreams would come true. if i could not remember the dream i got told that it was because i had very good dreams and the fairys toook the dream away to give it to someone with no dreams!!
One night I had lost my tooth. I decided to test and see if there was a tooth-fairy. So, I didn't tell my parents, I put the tooth on my night stand. The next morning there was no money. I told my dad, and he said that the tooth fairy had got caught in the airvent, and that he had to pull her out. And that she was scared, so she flew away. I thought, only being six, that this was true. So the next night, I laid out my tooth on the airvent, and had a baggy. I had decided to catch the tooth fairy. Well, I fell asleep against the wall around one. I woke up and there was "fairy dust" all over the place, with a dollar left behind. I was still determined to catch a fairy, so I found a fake tooth, and laid it out on the airvent one more time. At around 2:15, I thought I saw something go into the airvent, so i started beating on it with my baggy. I stuck my hand into it, only to pull out a huge glob of dust. YUCK!
I thought the tooth fairy and the man in the moon were the same person.
when i was little my mum used to tell me that there were faries and pixies at the bottom of the garden and when if i ddin't eat my dinner up they would eat it up for me so rom that day i used to eat my dinner up all the time!! how rong woz i!?
i lost a tooth(like my 5th) and my mom told me that the fairy was going to come into my room again. I didn't sleep that night, and cried till it was really late cause i didn't want sum1 else in my room when i wasn't aware of it. So my parents went to sleep, and i finally went to bed, and when i woke up, there was no money under my pillow, and my tooth was still there. I told my parents and my mom said that it might be in the kitchen, so i went to go and look. I didn't see it so i went back to my room and i caught my mom-red handed putting money under my pillow. Needless to say, i dont believe in the tooth fairy anymore.
My Dad told me when I was 5 that fairies wouldn't let people see them because cruel people often catch them and keep them in jam jars. He helped me write a note to them, to say that I wouldn't do that. I'm 27 now, and my dad still keeps that note in his wallet!
When I was about 7 my little sister had lost her first tooth. I was a little jealous because I wanted the dollar instead of her. Since we shared a room I stayed up and watched for my mom (I found out earlier that she was really the toothfairy) to put the dollar under her pillow. After that I snuck over and took the dollar and left a little note I made that said that the toothfairy died. The next morning my sister was heartbroken that there was no money under her pillow. She gave my mom the note and you could imagine the trouble I got into.
I used to believe that there were fairies in the garden.
When I was little my sister told me that if you fell asleep with your head under the pillow, the tooth fairy would take all your teeth away, and I assumed that was why my nan had false teeth
I used to believe that Sacagewea on the Sacegewea Dollar coin was the tooth fairy!! My parents always put those under my pillow so I thought that was her own currency.
Once when I was little I thought I would make a present to give back to the tooth fairy to thank her for all the money she gave me. I made a little backpack out of leaves and sellotape so that she could carry the teeth she collected in it, then wrapped it up and put it beside my bed.
When I was little, i used to believe that the tooth fairy had little bity colorful helpers that only came around while I was asleep. One night, when i lost a tooth, i decided to sleep on the couch so that i didnt miss a thing. I ended up falling asleep and having a dream about the little fairy helpers, so when i awoke in the morning, i was fully convinced that i had wittnessed them. of course now i know it was only a dream.
I believed like many other children that the toothfairy came and collected my teeth when I lost them, but what I also believed was that if I let the teeth lay on the bathroomfloor for a long time I got more money.
once when i lost a tooth when i was little, i decided that I wanted to keep it instead of getting some money. i thought about how teeth were so important, and thats why i wanted to keep the tooth. anyway, i went to my mom and she helped me write a letter to the tooth fairy. i wrote it in my best handwriting too.
top belief!
i remember once my 4 year old brother lost a tooth, my mum told him to put his tooth under the pillow for the tooth fairy. He said to my mum 'oh mum make sure you let the tooth fairy know i want paper money' When he woke up the next morning with $5 i realised that you had to request the amount you wanted from the tooth fairy. I felt so stupid because i was probably half way through my baby teeth and had missed out on all this potential cash!
I used to go around tapping on tree trunks when I was little because I believed that if I could just find the right one, I would knock on the door that led to fairyland. It amused my parents, but they never took away my belief. It faded away on its own.
When I was a kid, I believed the tooth fairy was a cheap bastard!! All of my friends got 5 dollars, and I only got a quarter!!!
