Not alot of people know what Ferngully is. After I watched this movie (it was about how fairies needed trees to live in and mean people were going to cut them all down) I kept a look out for fairies in the trees that I climbed.

When I was little, my mom knew I loved holidays. So she on valentines day she said there was a valentines day fairy that came and brought me valentine's heart shaped chocolate! My mom made it look like that the chocolate appeared out of nowhere, and I thought it was sooooo cool, and when I told everyone at school, someone told me that my mom was pretending. I was so sad and hated my mom forever.

I used to think that there were magic fairies all around. and I would make fairie food for them so they would be happy with me. The food consisted of a large leaf, grass, flower pettals, and bird berrys all rolled up.

I never believed in the Tooth Fairy. When I was in 1st grade, my beliefs about her being fake were confirmed when I read a book. In it a bunch of kids were arguing over whose parents the REAL Tooth Fairy was. At the end the parents all told the kids that the Tooth Fairy was a joke and there wasn't one. Some of my friends still believed in the Fairy at 12.... I'll never understand how they got that gullible.

my dad used to tell me that the feather things on dandelion clocks were fairies, so whenever i saw one id run after it, then make a wish when i caught it. I wished that my toys would come alive. bu when i asked my Dad why it hadn't come true, he said it onl happens in your dreams. I cried my eyes out.

I used to believe in the tooth faerie. One day, when i lost a tooth, i put it under my pillow. the next day, i checked it and there wasnt any money, so i ran to my parents and said that the tooth fairy didnt give me anything. Since it was my parents that put the money under the pillow, they said we dont have any coins right now, and iwas confused, lol, (im 11)

when i was younger we had a caravan that was near a massive forest called fairy glen. my nanna would take me and my uncle, saying if i had been a good girl the fairies would have left some trolls for me, hidden in various places. i used to find these trolls in the wierdest places around the forest, and believed in the fairies. it wasnt until i went to the same place with my little brother and my nanna asked me to go ahead and hide some trolls for him to find i realised it had always been my slighty older uncle hiding them for me!! thanks nanna!!! i believed!!!!

When my brother was maybe 3 yrs old, I had a prism that hung from my window. I'd swing it around and rainbows would fly everywhere. I told him it was a fairy rainbow dance party. We'd put on music and dance all around the room. I was 19, but I secretly also still believed (and kinda still do, at age 30) that if we spun around fast enough, we could see the fairies that were hiding behind our backs while we danced.

My friend and I were once very firm believers of Fairies. We knew all about them too! We knew that if you stepped inside a fairy circle( a circle of mushrooms, basically) That you would be taken into their world, and if you ate any of the food there you'd be stuck there forever.
We also had a fairy friend who lived in my house, so we made him a little shoebox home and game him a little bed and everything, and were convinced he really was there.

When I was a child, I was very imaginative. Even today, I still believe this. I know it doesn't make sense, but I believe that dew on the plants every morning was sprinkled there from the faeries and water nymphs and nixies and stuff. They would use their hands and feet to place it there with magick. Yes, I am a strange person, but a bliever nontheless...

One time, I lost my tooth, I used to always put then under my pilow. The next day I got a quarter! I was so excited I screamed and it woke everyone up. After several teeth my aunt told me the truth. I was disappointed.

When i was a kid in school the teachers told us that fairies lived in the trees on the field that would hide smarties on your birthday for you to find, and if you knock very gently on their doors (the knots in trees that are smooth) they might come out. weren't we fooled!!!... still enjoyed the smarties 'the fairies' left for us!!
