i used to belive santa was green
We're catholics and we don't believe in Santa. I told my 4 yr old cousin that Santa's baby Jesus' mailman. That because he's a newborn He can't carry the huge presents so he sends them with the big fat guy. we live in the Caribbean so it's kinda hard to believe a guy with a sleigh and reindeers can fly without melting from the heat.
I believed in Santa until I was nine, when I went downstairs to the basement and found some gifts packed in garbage bags. When those same gifts appeared bearing "Santa" on Christmas, I went to my room and cried. I still like to think that Santa is out there, somewhere...
I used to think Santa Claus watched us through the VCR. I couldn't believe he just KNEW if I was bad and just KNEW what I wanted... he had to have a way to be in our house. So if I did something wrong, I made sure it was not in the living room- away from the VCR.
I wasn't brought up to believe in Santa Claus, but I guess the belief was there, anyway. Until I was around 6 years old, when I saw him dead on the evening news. I can't recall how he died. I just remember some men carrying the body somewhere.
When I was little, I used to believe in Santa Claus. Every christmas, I usually go to the kitchen to see if the cookies and milk was gone. My parents always leave them on the table the day before Christmas, so they told me that Santa Claus will come to eat them and I believed them. When I woke up at Christmas Day, I went to the kitchen to find the cookies and milk gone.
I thought that santa was an eskimo on ecstacy
When i was a kid I used to love watching 'Santa claus the movie' at Christmas, and for years I thought the actor playing Father Christmas was actually the real Santa.
when i was little my dad, (who is a doctor) used to tell me and my brother that he had looked after santa claus when he got his leg broken by a reindeer. he told us that santa supported arsneal F.C and his favourite colour was orange! i actually beleived him! (until i was four)
I always believed in santa untill in was 14!
And then on day before christmas i was nosing in my mums room to look at my presents and then in this bag were some wrapped up.
And on christmas day i looked in my sack and saw the presents that were wrapped in the same wrapping paper and even the same shapes!
I cry when i started to open them and told my mum that i just had a very bad headache and that i felt sick.
To hide my sadness of the truth on santa
About two years ago i stop beliving Santa because of my fater hand writing
and that gave it so away and then ever since my hopes gave up on me because then i knew it would always be my dad and not Santa.....
I used to believe father christmas travelled by the internet.
Once when I still believed in Santa and the Tooth Fairy I lost a tooth on Christmas Eve. My mom told me the Tooth fairy would probably be too tired to take my tooth. It turned out that she was right. I really was a bit disappointed, but surprised how my mom called it. I was 8 then and now I no longer believe in either Santa or the Tooth Fairy.Lol
My sister believed that Santa was real. She always said, "I have the proof!" To this day I still don't know what she was talking about. (She is 18 now)
santa clause lived on the moon
I used to believe that if you were not in bed on christmas night, Santa would arrive and not give you any presents.
I used to think it was illegal to send Christmas cards to neighbours if you didn't know them properly!
When I was young, I used to believe in Santa Claus but when I saw my dad put the presents under the Christmas tree I no longer believed in him.
Since our house didn't have a chimney, I though that Santa Claus came in through our basement. It had a door to the outside, I figured he came through that. Why he just didn't use the front door, I'll never know!
I used to believe in the "Christkind"- the Austrian version of Santa Claus- the new born child. It seemed to be an angel which brought the presents to me and then flew away into the sky.
