I used to think that having a bad signal from a tv or radio station meant that other people had already sucked up all the signal before it got to our house, and there wasn't enough to go around.

When i was 3 i used to believe that when a person wanted a baby they would goon this website called "Make-a-baby" you would write in all the details ( gender, eye colour, hair colour, personality etc.) then they would deliver it to you. I asked my mum why men didn't go on www.make-a-baby.com she said men couldn't be bothered to go through all the questions. Then i found out why men couldn't have babies, nice.

My cousins used to think that when you were watching tv, the people on tv were watching you, so when a female came on the screen, they wouldn't change in front of them.

When I was little, I thoguht that whenever there was a song playing on the radio, there were little people inside my speakers singing. Almost every day, when the radio was on, I'd stick my face up to the speakers and try to find the little people.

I used to believe that very tiny people sang inside a radio. One day when my mother was away, I took out our family radio and stuffed several pieces of raw fish inside its back compartment--hoping to find out whether the little people inside the radio would finally go out of the radio--when the fish starts to rot and smell.

when I was young My dad used to work in a big building in Down town Phoenix. Now i used to be a HUGE fan of the ninja turtles! I used watch all their movies and cartoons..and they were always in big cities..(down town Phoenix..lol) Well whenever my mom would take me to visit my dad at work or on take ur daughter to work days..we would have to park in a parking garage and then walk a few blocks to his building. Of course in big cities as u walk down the street there are numerous Drains and sewers..Well there was this one big round sewer entrance that we would always pass on the way to his office and everytime we passed i insisted we stopped and looked for Michaelangelo! I kneeled down over the big round cap and yelled into the 2 little holes.."NINJA TURTLES ARE U IN THERE?!" My mom loves telling people that story! hehe.

I used to believe that the laugh tracks you would hear on comedy TV shows were actual people, just like me, in their actual homes laughing. So, I would wait for times when people weren't laughing and I would laugh out loud, really loud, so that everyone out there across the country could hear ME! Sometimes I would try doing a really loud "BOO HOO" during sad parts of non-comedy shows, just in case. Boy was I full of myself or what?

For some reason as a 2-5 year old girl i had a crush on Rocko from Rocko's Modern Life
O______________O;;
-cough-
yeah anyways.
I seriously believed he was real. So i asked my parents where he lived, and they'd be all like..
"Uhh...He doesn't.."
And i'd be all like, "Yes he does!! NOW TELL ME WHERE HE LIVES I WANT TO VISIT HIM. D:< "
So me and them (and my siblings) kept debating this until I finally gave up and quit talking about that. They won. T-T

And another time i tried to make a magic spell so that i could open a gate to the Cartoon world to come visit him.
<333
I still remember using an empty tub of butter, sneaking out of my room at midnight, and mixing up a paste of toothpast, paper, and other junk.

I used to believe in Sailor Moon as well. D=
Like, they used to have these things at the end of the episode giving us kids advice, one of it was, "If you want to grow up and be like us, eat a balanced meal-Three times a day!" So i tried eating healthy so i could get their super powers.

when i was little i used to think that the actors lived inside the television. we used to have the old sets that were massive with doors built into them , and i was convinced that if only i found the key i could get in and meet all my favourites. my parents found me one day trying to get in with a screwdriver.

I also used to believe that people weren't really kissing on tv or in the movies. I kenw that their lips couldn't actually be touching despite what I was seeing so I came up with the theory that the actors wore reaaalllyyy thin plastic lip guards.

When I was younger I used to believe, that there were cameras in our shower room and bathroom, and that every time I had a bath or shower, I was being watched on national television. Until I was about 6 I had a bath or shower in a bikini....I'm still a bit jittery about it!

i believed that everything in my room was watching me, from my posters to my teddies.
i had this really cute poster of a sleeping dog and i was SURE its eyes opened once or twice!
