I use to believe that Chucky (the possessed red-headed doll) would live in showers behind the curtain. I was always scared to go in a bathroom if the curtain was closed.

I used to spend my week-ends at my Grand-Ma's and spend a good amount of time in front of the TV. In the evening we would inevitably watch the weather forecast. I was convinced that the man on TV got to decide how the weather would be the next day. I was extremely puzzled by the rain. Why would he ever want rain ? Then I understood: my Grand-Ma had a garden with tons of vegetables and fruits, so that must be why, people like her needed the rain, and the man on TV was just making them happy too...

I used to believe that songs played on the radio were all performed live and that the radio station was full of bands lined up to take their turn at the mike.

When I was little I used to always want the bad guy in cartoons to win because I used to believe that they would be sad if they didnt win and I wanted everyone to be happy! xD For example, I wanted Tom to catch Jerry in the Tom and Jerry show!

Up until a few years ago I used to belive that Tony Robinson and Timmy Mallet were the same people. You can imagine my boyfriend's delight whilst watching Time Team, as I continued to remark on how surprising it is that Tony Robinson has managed to forge a serious presenting career after being known for so long as a wacky kids TV host. I still get confused now!

I still think that most CPU charaters are real people, like from the other side of the world or the people who made the game played against us 24/7. I told my mom thats what I wanted to be when I grow up and she crashed the dream with reality.

like mario, sonic, Kirby ect... and they would one day visit me
from some random street corner or in the woods behind my house so I could be freinds with them. now I am 12 and still want Samus to come out of her "Metroid" games.

I used to watch Saturday Night Live and thought that they hired really crappy, unknown bands to play. Eventually, I realized that they were re-runs and the crappy, unknown bands were actually really famous back int he day.

When I was about 3 I was watching an M&M commercial and I was pickin' my nose, and then it hit me; if I can see them in the TV, they must be able to see me too, I imediatly stopped "digging for gold" and ran to my mom and asked her" can the people in the TV see me too?" she said no so I nran back to the TV and started picking my nose again! :)
Just so you know I dont pick my nose anymore!

When I was a kid, I thought when you heard someone singing on the radio that they were actually at the radio station. I always wanted to visit a station so I could meet the Beatles!

After I watched 'The Gremlins' I was scared of my furby because it looked like the gremlins before they turned into the monsters, and I was scared to close my eyes to wash my hair in the shower because I thought a Gremlin would attack me. I couldn't sleep either, because I couldn't stop thinking about them. It took me a whole year to get over it.

I used to belief that Yoshi's from Super Mario games, were real. I thought they lived in another dimension thta you could only get to through a black hole.

When i was little i watched resident evil and got paranoid. One thing i remeber is that anything that looks like a gate would cut you to pieces so i would cry and cry !

i used to believe that radios had little versions of the singers inside them and, for example, michael jackson knew when you wanted to hear him... took me a while to figure out how tapes worked...
