When I was 3, I used to think that people were singing on a stage inside the radio.

i opened my dads transistor radio wheni was 7 to catch that little man who lives inside.

Radios had tiny musicians and tiny news anchors inside them who would sing songs and tell us what was happening in the world.

i use to believe that all those songs played on the radio were the singers right there all together
I used to believe (at about age 4) that the singers, such as kenny rogers and dolly parton, were actually inside of your radio singing.
i used to beleave that when i listend to the radio in the cr i tought there were little people that lived in side my car.
My parents had a full-sized van (complete with red shag carpeting!:) we always used for road trips. Whenever the radio was on I would lay in the back watching the speakers convinced I could see the bands playing each song...turns out it was just my reflection.

When I was younger I was absolutely sure that the speakers in the car must have tiny people in them performing the songs and saying the advertisments. I thought this for years. It wasn't until I realized that Elvis was DEAD that finally asked my dad how the stereo worked. I still don't understand...
When i was a kid i thought that there were little tiny people inside the dashboard of your car singing and anytime you changed the radio station they had to change what they were singing
I used to look inside the speakers on the stereo to try and see the people who were singing.
When my mom was a kid, all she had was a radio to listen to and she used to believe that there were little people living inside of it talking and playing music... She never told me this until I was much older - coincidentally, I thought the exact same thing when I was about the same age as she was.
When my mom took me somewhere, she always had the radio on. I couldn't figure out why the same song wasn't playing when we got back!
When I was a kid, I thought people who came on the radio were robots. Thats because I couldnt sing a note longer than them. NOW I can!
