This is one of the first memories I can remember. I used to beleive when I was REALLY young that there were tiny little poeple in the TV acting, and when you bought or rented a VHS tape, the little people went from the tape to the TV to do the show for you.
When I was a child I used to believe that all the people on TV were actually tiny people who lived inside the TV set, i was always looking through the little slits in the back trying to see those miniture people who lived inside, i also used to think that if i tried to insert tiny pieces of paper into the back that they would magically apear on the screen falling onto those people.
I used to believe that the people inside the tv were real. i always thought that if i broke the screen i could climb in and join my favourite tv stars. one time my dad found me with a hammer and explained to me that there wasnt people in there and that if i tried to get in i would probably die!
I used to believe if you broke the TV tiny people would come out.
when i was little i used to believe that people were actually inside the tv but no matter how i tried i couldn't see them from the back of the tv. all i could see was wires.....
When I was little, I used to think there where people inside the television who operate it.
When i was really young i thought that little people were actualy in the tv and if you smashed the screen they would all run out!
I used to believe that the people on tv were actually inside of my tv and i would look for a way to get in as well.
if you smash the tv all the characters would come out
When i was little i used to think that if i got something heavy, like a hammer, and break the T.V the people would come falling out!
When i was little, I used to believe that the people at TV, was actually inside the TV. Since I'm from Norway, we only had one channel, but mum's English friend had several. When we came for a visit, I saw a childrens TV-show on a channel. Then they switched channel, but the same show was on. I then asked how the people could run so fast from one channel to another. They still laugh of it.
I used to believe people lived in the tv. So when I was watching a movie or a tv show, I thought it was another reality coming from inside the TV. I also thought if you tried hard enough, you would get sucked into the "TV dimension". I had a crush on the character (played by Crispin Glover) George Mcfly (the young one from the 1950's) from Back to the Future, and tried to jump into the tv, but it never worked. Then one day I saw a billboard for Micheal. J. Fox's Spin City, and reliezed that people do not live in the Tv, and that they are real people.
I used to believe that little people lived in the telly and that they waited day and night for us to turn on the tv or watch a video and then perform as if they were in a stage show.
I used to believe that people lived inside the tv
when i was little i thought that people lived in the tv's i asked my mom how they all could fit in there
that people on tv were not real, and that they were actually inside the tv box/screen
When i was younger i used to believe that poeple on the t.v lived in there. I thought that they would need food like us all, so i made sure that they were well fed by putting my milk bottle and other various foods into the vcr so they would not go hungry.
top belief!
I used to believe that the people on TV were actually inside the TV playing out what I was watching.
One saturday morning, knowing that dad had stayed up late the night before watching, I decided I not to watch cartoons so that the people on TV could sleep in.
i used to beleive the people on tv lived in the tv and couldnt ever get out
When I was little I thought that the TV stars lived in the TV and I thought it was th coolest thing EVER! so one day the "Spicegirls" movie was on TV and they did this thng when the talked to the camera and so I decided since i was there "#1 fan" I'de ask them for an atograph and when they did'nt answer I got angry and yelled at "Them" say I hate You! and my parents came in and poped my little fantisy bubble and to this day my older sis still pokes fun of me (even though she belived that too!).
