I thought there were ten planets, with the sun as the first planet, Mercury as the second planet, and so on up to Pluto as the tenth planet. This was because I had a picture dictionary where one of the pages was of the solar system, and it listed the sun first, and then the nine planets. (This was before Pluto was demoted to dwarf planet.)

When there is snow, it means God is having a pillowfight. Either that, or he turned the ice machine on "crushed." Also, when it is sunny, God left on the heat lamp. When it is raining, God left the shower on. When it is thunderous, God is either belching or moving furniture around. And when it is windy, God left the fan on. Lastly, when there is coldness, God left the freezer open. And windy and cold? God put the fan in the freezer.

When I was in Primary school, I used to believe that Disney Land was in the sky and the rainbow was the entrance. When a rainbow appeared, it meant it was open and you would need to catch a plane to get there. I would imagine Mickey Mouse being out front waving to everyone as they got off the plane.
