when i was younger i used to think that nude beaches were beaches with square 5 feet tall hedges, and a man and a woman got in to one of these edges, took off all their clothes and talked etc... in private

i got angry because i thought the prince of norway and i had the same birth date.. and when our king at that time died, and his son (now our king, and father to the prince of norway above) got king- i saw on tv that the prince suddenly got an age of 25 or so.. i thought it was unfair..

In early elementary school, kindergarden or 1st grade, I had 2 friends who were brother and sister. The sister was my age, her brother was I think in 4th. I used to sit with them on the bus, hang out with them at recess and that kind of thing. Well one day on the bus, they began telling me about their house. They said they lived in the sky above the clouds, and had to get to their house by a magic bean stock, and they had jars of stars and lightning bolts. I believed them and was in total awe and amazement and wanted so badly to go to their house.

When I was around 5 my Mom was going to take me sledding, and since it was pretty windy out she tied a bandana around my nose and mouth to keep warm. I freaked out, I thought I looked liek a bandit and that I would be arrested If I went out with a bandana around my mouth. I also refused to let my mom wear her ski mask for the same reason...

I used to believe that you could change your date of birth to whenever you wanted it.

I used to believe that when you grew out of clothing that you would have to wear your parents' clothing to the store to go buy new ones since your old ones didn't fit anymore. Now, my mom never put her clothes on me to go shopping, but when I was getting too big for something I'd still get really nervous about the embarrassment of being seen in public with her gigantic clothes on.

Whem I was about 3 or 4, my sister told me that I was adopted and was actualy Robbin Robin William's son.

When i was about 11 i think we bought my uncle a rock CD for his birthday. On the front it "Comes with a free air guitar". I got stressed out when he opened it and it didn't spring out like a baloon! lol

When I was really little I used to believe that everyone in the world had a different name. We had a family friend name Ben. One day I was at the grocery store with my mom and the name of the person at the checkout counter was also Ben. My mom told me this, and I burst into tears, crying "There not be TWO Bens!!" (The poor grocer was wondering what was so upsetting about his name.)
That was when I learned the truth.

When I was six, my brother (who resembles me closely) had me convinced that I was adopted and that my real name was Earl. He knew that my parents misplaced my birth certificate and used that as evidence to support his argument. It worked on me, because I came into the kitchen, crying to my mom!

I was really confused about "Anon" until recently. I was like "How could this person post so many times?" And I was really confused because some made it seem like Anon was a girl and sometimes a boy, so yeah, I think you know what I mean. LOL

I remember when I was a kid Princess Diana died and I remember her being called "the princess of whales." So I thought that when you became a princess you got to choose an animal.I always wondered why she had picked whales..

up until I was 4 years old I thought my mum's name was 'Mummy', just because that was what all the grown ups around me used to call her. That poor woman...

My birthday always falls in the same week as Martin Luther King day, often within a day of it. Since my dad had a government job he always had the day off. I naturally assumed that he got to spend the day at home because of my birthday!

When my mother used to talk about Princess Diana, she usually referred to her as Princess Di. I thought she was talking about some sort of evil vampire (Princess "Die") and wondered why people always mentioned how kind and wonderful Princess "Die" used to be.

I found out years later that Di was short for Diana, which made a lot more sense to me! ;)
