I used to think Anon was a just another prolific writer, and wondered what his first name was. (Yeah yeah, I was a chauvinistic little brat, assuming Anon was male... )

when I first discovered "I used to believe" site and started reading, I thought this "Anon" person sure spent a lot of time posting his/her experiences here.... I just realised "anon" means anonymous and it's not a specific person that goes by that name. I am 27

I used to believe (however recently) that this really, stupid gullible person called Anon sent in ALOT of his childhood beliefs to this website. Until my English workmate Aidan set me right(mumble mumble..gotta get back to work)

i used to believe that after a quote when people wrote 'anon' that it was really someone's name. so i assumed that this person just went around giving quotes left and right. i figured they must be really smart.

When I was five minutes younger from this moment, I believed that all the entries on this website from "Anon" were from one person named Anon who could recall a lot of childhood memories. My little sister figured it out for me.
