I used to believe that babies were born with teeth and that was why they were fed with bottles. To nurse a baby was old fashioned, not to mention very painful for the mother. In the early sixties, in the Seattle-Tacoma region, all the babies I saw were bottle fed.

I used to believe…
When I was little I asked my Mom where babies came from and she told me that you went to Church and prayed for them. I pictured all these women kneeling in church pews, praying for babies, and walking out pregnant. I believed this for a long time, but finally found out the truth when I got married. (just kidding)
I have 4 kids, the two youngest being my boys, who are 4 and 6. Well, recently my 4-year-old interrupted my husband in the bathroom and commented, to anyone who would listen, that his stepdad "had a BIIIIIIG wee-wee!"
This was followed by him wondering about MY body parts, and so he asked me if I "had a big wee-wee." I had to explain to him that "Girls' wee-wees don't stick out." Fortunately he accepted this.
Finally, he got to the point of showing off his penis to me, saying, "When I get big; I'll have a big wee-wee!"
This was followed immediately by him pointing to his scrotum, and asking "What are these for, Mommy?" Fortunately his older brother overheard this and came to my rescue. Very calmly he explained to his brother: "That's where your pee-seeds are. The pee-seeds make pee, and then it comes out your wee-wee." Since he was half right, I decided to let the matter stand for now.
i thought that girls were supposed to kiss and hug girls and boys were supposed to kiss and hug boys, the same way that cats love other cats and dogs love other dogs. if a girl liked a boy it was the same thing as a dog liking a cat, they just didn't match.

My grandma told me that when she was little she didn't know anything about puberty. She used to live on a farm and always ride horses. So one day she started crying and freaking out because she though the horses hairs got stuck ummm...down there.
I used to believe that since babies grew in your stomach, they HAD to come out of your stomach, belly button first.Since my mom told me about the tube in a mothers stomach connecting to your belly button,I believed babies had to come from a mom's stomach. If the mom couldn't tear her stomach open, the doctor had to use a knife. That's why I was scared to death of having a baby, but when I was ten I learned about C Section and that stuff.I never believed they could come out through your legs! After reading the article in a magazine I didn't believe babies were born in between the legs cause I just didn't want to,for like...a month. How could the fit through there??

I used to believe god decided when you had a baby. That's what my mum always told me.I thought god would give me 20 babies and I was scared to get married.
I used to believe "rider" position is when guy lies on his side and woman sits on his opposite side on the level of hip like rider and then starts "riding" him, getting aroused by rubbing her vagina against his body, it was because by then I saw picture of people doing that in this position only once, and I remembered it a bit... differently.

i used to believe that women gave birth out of their ears. when i was very young i saw a birth on tv and the baby came out of a flappy opening with hair around it. the only place i had hair was on my head! i carried this image with me and told all my friends about my newly discovered fact!
I used to believe…
When I was about eight i found a tampon in my mothers purse, i was confused on what it was and took it, about two weeks after that I got a bloody nose...using all common sense i had(which wasnt much) i took the tampon and shoved it up my nose to stop the bleeding. I left it in there for several hours until my father got home and saw me on the couch, lying there with a tampon in my nose. He still laughs with my mom about it to this day!

Whe i was a little kid, I though that getting a circumsision was just another word for getting your kid neuterd. I believed that parentd did this so that their kids couldn't have babies too young. (I thought it would grow back in about 10 years or so.)
I used to think that when I saw people say "Natural juices" on TV they meant like orange juice or apple juice cuz on the carton it said "All natural"
I used to think that when two people got married, their DNA automatically tranfered to eachother when they kissed, which is why their baby looked like them. I thought this 'till I was like 8 and then my friend told me the truth.
I used to think that I was a boy cuz I was too little to like boys yet, and I didn't know what a boys "privates" looked like. So naturally, I assumed that they looked like a vagina. I soon found out the truth aster seeing my friend and her little sis naked. Lol!

I used to think that men wore condoms all the time cuz they were tigh and it made it so their penis didn't show a lump in their pants.
I used to get condos and condoms confused and we lived in a condo at the time, so when I saw a commercial for trojan condoms I yelled, "Look! It's like where we live!" After everyone had a good laugh my mom explained it all to me.

When I was about 4 or five I thought that when you wanted a baby you just prayed to god and said, wanna have a baby". Then I started thinkin' that on that very day I had to decide if I wanted a baby or not. So I said to myself, "God, I want a baby, but don't make it hurt when it comes out."
I was a kinda stupid kid
