— A stupid personsex : getting pregnant

I used to believe that you could get pregnant from being in the same room with a guy. So, everyday after school, I'd come home and check my tummy in the mirror and was convinced it was getting bigger and bigger

I used to believe…

My mum's version of the birds and the bees was: "The guy puts his juice into the girl." So for years I had this picture of my dad pouring orange juice - not apple, which was yucky - into my mum's mouth. I imagined different flavours of juice would produce different kind of kids.

until we learned the words for body parts in kindergarten, i assigned them my own functional names. butt/anus was "pooper," vagina was
"pee-er" and the general throat/mouth area was "thrower-upper." i got sick alot when i was a kid and before puking i'd tell my mom apprehensibly that "my thrower-upper feels funny..." blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhgh

When i was really young I thought that to have a baby, the male would urine into the female. This was because I only knew certain details of sex, and the part about semen was never mentioned.
Yep, i was stupid!

— not tellin' yousex : periods

I used to believe that sexual organs didn't depend on gender, but on what family you were in. To this day, I SWEAR when my friend and her brother were running around naked, my very girly friend had a penis.

Until I was about 9 or so, I thought that to get pregnant, a man and woman had to live in the same house and be married. To account for teenage pregnancy, I thought that sometimes there was a mistake in the "process" or whatever. I also decided that I was never going to have kids of my own, until sex became less of a big deal in like 5th or 6th grade.

When I was 6 or 7 i tought that when my breasts started growing they would never stop, i think it's cos all my family and my neighbours were quite heavy and as a result most adults had large chests, i was so scared that one day i told my mum about it and i said something like "When my boobs grow can we move house so I have space to move around without knocking the fish tank over?" So unbelievably random!!!

I used to believe…

My parents were always open when I had questions about where I came from. Being so knowledgeable about sex, I thought, very logically, that the word 'sexy' meant someone who liked to have sex a lot.

My best mate Tina, once told me that when she was about 17, she did her first blow job, with her then boyfriend, problem is tho, she'd never given one before, so after ten minutes her bloke exasperated, asked her 'you gonna put it in your mouth or what? she'd only been blowing air onto it for the previous 10 minutes, hence "blow job" poor love was so embarrassed, guess I'd be too, lol

When I was a kid, my brother told me that if he concentrated very hard while rubbing his temples, his balls would grow a protective shield of steel for a few seconds. For a while I actually believed this. One day I tested his "magic steel abilities" with a swift kick of my foot, and found out he was lying, haha.

When I was 14 I found the rubber finger bandage (that you roll it on your wounded finger to keep bacteria out) in the first-aid kit. I thought they were mini-condoms for men with small penises. I was angry at my 55 years old parents for still having sex at that age. I stomped out of the bathroom with a bunch of those in my hands and told them "I know what these are! I'm throwing those mini-condoms away!" My mom took a really good laugh and told me they are just for her injuried fingers!

— Tatianasex : condoms

I used to believe that condom machine dispener in restroom at gas station was candy machine that dispenses special rubber candy called "Durex". I brought one and put the red, cherry flavored condom in my mouth. It tasted so good and I chewed for a bit then swallowed it. Years later after I learned what condoms are, I was in a shock that I ate one!

When I was in Primary school about 6 years old I remember standing in the toilets waiting for a friend and this other girl was waiting next to me for her friend. I plucked up courage to ask her what 'that' is called between your legs and after some consideration she said her mummy told her it was called a 'lulu'!!! Oh my gosh I must have been 11 before I realised the real name and I stopped calling it a lulu, it's so funny looking back.

I was taught by religious nuns who wore a cape like garment over their habit. Hence, hiding their breasts. I thought they didn't have any. So, I deducted that if I didn't grow breasts when I got older then I would know that I would be a nun & wear a habit like them & teach school.

when I was a kid I used to believe that when a baby was born it would come out in parts and you had to put it together. Like you had to collect all the pieces and put them together
