When i was 16 i was left looking after my little brother who was 12 at the time. (and not very clued up) Well my boyfriend came over after my little brother had gone to bed, and well we where being passionate in my room. This woke my brother up and he came in to see what the noise was. Me or my boyfriend didn't hear him. Next thing we knew he was running back up the stairs with his criket bat screaming at him to get off me and saying he had rung the police.
Needless to say 4 years later im still with the same boyfriend and love telling my brothers friends, and his girlfriend the story.

When my friend's little brother was about three, he discovered the pads under the bathroom sink. We told him that girls put them on their privates (why we would tell this to a three-year-old is beyond me). So he decided to try one on. He proceeded to strip naked and put the pad on his privates--he literally stuck it on himself. When we saw him, we couldn't stop laughing. And when we pulled it off, the look on his face...
I never really gave a lot of thought to where babies came from, until.....I saw an episode of Emergency in 3rd grade (1973). They were called to a house where a lady was in labor. They put a blanket on her tummy and POOF...a baby!!So I thought the babies come out by...reverse osmosis?
I went to Florida when I was in my early twenties. I saw what I thought were a bunch of used, blue condoms on the beach and I was disgusted with the lack of hygiene. But it turned out that they were jellyfish.
i was quite the hypochondrica...until i was pretty much 15 i believed everytime i got a stomach ache or felt naucious in the morning i was pregnant...i would like...be worried about that for weeks and kept pestering my mom about it til she almost kicked me outta the house
I used to think that women couldn't control the flow of their periods only because they never tried. I was convinced that when I got my periods I would 'hold in' the blood until I peed, then I wouldn't have to worry about spots or leaks or any of that. I still wish it could work that way :)
I used to firmly believe that a woman gave birth to a baby through her bellybutton- there was a drawstring on the inside and it could be opened and closed when necessary. I was afraid to wash around it- afraid I would unravel. When I found out the truth- this idea still seemed better to me.

I was taught in the fourth grade about artificial insemination, and they called it "frozen pop" so I thought you could get pregnant from drinking a frozen pop!

When I was in fourth grade, I mistakenly thought that a "wet dream" was bed wetting instead of a nocturnal emission. Until years later, I couldn't understand why all the kids thought is was funny that I had a "wet dream" because every child at one time wet their bed.

I used to believe that in order to make a girl have a baby that you had to put your penis inside her.... and pee. lol.
I believed that a man bought a woman the pill and gave it to her so she could get pregnant. On a public bus into town, at about the age of 8, I asked mummy "How do you get a baby in your tummy, is it that pill that Daddy bought". The bus was packed and of course there was quite a few titters at mum's embarassment. I was told " I'll tell you when your older".
I used to believe you ordered babies from Montgomery Ward catalog. My best friend's mother had a baby, so our family went over to see them. While there, I asked my mother if she would order us a baby from the catalog. I couldn't understand why everyone was laughing at me.

When i was about 3(i am a girl) i saw a boys penis and kindy although i didnt know what it was. I went to my mom and asked her if this "girl" had some sort of disease and mom said no, he doesnt have a disease that is his personal "lump" until the 8th grade i thought a boys penis was called a lump. During sex ed. class i was put right and felt embarassed when the teacher said, " and this is the male reporductive organ, the penis." after his sentence i blurted out, " Wat the hell is a penis? Isnt it called a lump?!?!

Before I knew anything about sex, my mom told me that she took birth control pills because she didn't want to have another baby. So, until I learned about the birds and the bees, I thought that once you reach a certain age, you would just spontaneously become pregnant, unless you took the little pill.

When I was little, I had no idea what a period was. I was really scared to have one. I really couldn't understand how someone could go all day with just a pad or a tampon. I thought that when you had your period you were peeing on yourself all day long.
