I had heard my older siblings use the word "condom." Not knowing what it meant, I asked them. My older sister told me to go and ask my mum (a former convent girl). She said it was something: "not catholic."

When I was in 5th grade, about 10 years old, my best friend told me exactly how babies were made. I was in shock. I told her that she must be wrong, or there must be another way, because my mommy and daddy were christians and didn't do that sort of thing!! lolol

When I was little I asked my mum where babies came from and she told me that you got them by preying, and I belived her.
Upon being told by her Mum that women got periods so they could have babies, my best friend (aged about seven at the time) promptly told her that she didn't ever want babies, so she straight-out wouldn't be having any periods. She's currently pregnant with her second child...

I used to wonder how a man kept from urinating inside the woman during sex
I once asked my Mom where babies came from and since she wasn't ready to explain female anatomy to me yet, she told me they came out of the woman's butt. I'm still scarred by that idea to this day.
When I was young I thought two people had to just see eachother naked to get the woman pregnant. Not so. I was terrified when my male best friend walked in on me changing. [I was 6.]
I heard that it was a good idea to take baths during your period, but the idea terrified me because I thought you'd end up bathing in your own blood. I was blissfully unaware of the term "water pressure".
Also, when I was about seven, seen a sign in the Ladies saying "please don't flush sanitary towels down the toilet". I knew what sanitary meant (clean) and I assumed that this meant you were allowed to flush DIRTY towels - as in bath towels. Sensible idea - no point wasting clean towels. I didn't understand properly until I was nine or ten.
Not to mention I thought you tied tampons to your underwear. All the school textbook had was a picture of a loose tampon and the words "You can do any exercise wearing a tampon, it cannot slip." Thank you, middle school.
I used to think that the man had to wear a condom in bed because if his penis touched the vagina of a woman who was pregnant, he would "catch" it, and become pregnant too!!!
I figured a blow job had something to do with blowing air up your 'pee hole'. So I managed to get my hands on one of those small red stirring straws and shoved it in there and blew. It took me a few years to figure out why anyone would want a blow job because it didn't feel good at all. I must've been around 12 at the time.
When I was a young grade school girl in the '60's, I always wondered what a penis looked like. I imagined it to be like a 7 inch nightcrawler protruding from a hairless crotch, ending with a shaggy 3 inch main of hair. A sort of pornographic Dr. Seuss visualization. I had nightmares about coming into personal contact/confrontation with one of these strange creatures.
My grandpa tld me all growing up that fish would get you pregnant. needless to say i didn't eat a piece of fish until i was well over 25 but i had had a daughter years before that.

i used to think that to show their middle finger mean the size of their penis.
When I was young, my mum told me that old story about kids being brought by storks. I believed in it.
when i was little i talked in on my mom in the bathroom and i went up to her and told her she had hair growing "down there". i asked her if she needed me to pick them out for her as i walked up to holding my hand out ready to pull.
I always thought that circumcision was like putting your penis on steroids. So, since I am uncircumcised, I would try to hold my foreskin back in hopes of making my dick grow larger and faster.

I used to think that kissing made you have babies!
My friend thought the rings mdae you have babies.
The rings are magic!
I used to think that when I got done masturbating, my penis would explode. For the record, I am uncircumcised.
This guy called Mark asked where babies come from. He was told some stuff about semen.
He was confused, because apparantly, people give women mobile phones to have a baby! He was 1 rude toddler.
My sister was convinced of an intricate baby-making process: the prospective mother and father would go into a room, lock the door, and stay awake all night completing a 2-dimensional puzzle of a baby (which they had bought from a special baby store). At the end of the night, the mother would eat the puzzle, and it then took 9 months for the 'puzzle baby' to become a 3-dimensional real baby, at which point the mother would give birth.
