My little cousin was caught sticking panty liners all over the window. When my auntie found her it turned out that she saw an advert on tv talking about 'wings' and wanted to see them fly.

When I was 11, my best friend told me that lesbians have sex with condoms filled with cheese. I eventually realized that this was not a common practice of any sexual orientation and I have often wondered where she obtained this information in the first place.
I believed that babys really were found under a cabbage bush at the bottom of the garden, as a child the film Mrs Wiggs and the cabbage patch kids was all the go.
when i first got my period i thought it was only going to last for one day. On the third day i thought i was going to die, but i didn't tell anyone, so i tried to stay seated for as long as i could so i when i died it wouldn't hurt when i fell over.
When I was a child, I never really was clear on the idea that there were only two genders. I thought that there were an infinite variety of anatomies for people, and that "male" and "female" was kind of a organizing word, but had no real meaning. My parents would tell me I was "special", and I thought that meant that I was anatomically different from everyone else. So when they got around to telling me about real human anatomy, genitalia and what not, I had a real hard time accepting it. I couldn't bear the idea that all females had the same parts, and that all males had the same parts.
I was about 6 when I heard the term " Popping your cherry" I always thought this was talking about blowing a bubble with gum...somehting i had been wanting to do...so one night i told my mom" I want to pop my cherry" as U can imagine...my mom freaked...but later explained just what it meant

I used to think that you could only concive by penetration of the belly button and thats where all the mans sperm went.
When I was born, I was the youngest of 3. I used to think where I came out last, there wasn't enough room left in Mum's tummy, and so believed I came out of my Dad's bottom. You wouldn't believe how many dinner-time conversations arose from this when I was 4. Tee hee.
I used to believe…
the church can't come up with anything better than "young woman" when you ask them what a virgin is, so of course one day when someone asked me on the school bus if I was a virgin my response was something like "of course not, can't you tell just by looking?" it still cracks me up...
When I was younger I believed that you could get pregnant from giving a blowjob.
Because i believed that ne way sperm got into ur body it would find its way to its place and u would become pregnant. but this was wen i was about 7 and i have learned much sinse then ..((if ya know wut i mean))
When my son was about four he said well I know how I came out of you, (c-section), but how did I get inside you? This was a subject I was not ready to discuss with him and before I could say anything he said "I know I must have been one of your germs". I just smiled and said yup, must have been. Some things are better left unsaid.
One time I was at a Target with my friend. When we got back I saw my little brother with a tampn stuck up his nose! my mom stuck it up there because he got a bloody nose, and now he thinks that tampons are for bloody noses!
I first got my period when I was in Singapore on holiday almost twenty years ago. My mother had warned us about not drinking from the taps for fear of getting a tummy bug, and had told me and my brother off serverely for buying and eating an ice cream from a street vendor... When my period came for the first time it was brown rather than red! Despite being informed on periods, with all the lectures on tummy infections I was sure that the brown discharge was due me dying...I was so worried that my mother would be angry at me I threw out my underwear for the rest of the trip - luckily we were on our way home in just two days!

When I was younger I used think that sex lasted 24 hours and I didn't know what you had to do if you neeeded the toilet!
This is not a belief of mine but of my poor sister Jenna. Since she's been very small she's believed that when a woman was pregnant the baby drained her blood and she died when it was born. Then the dad married another woman to raise the child. I dunno where she got this idea but no one could talk her out of it till she was 22. That is when she married and found herself pregnant. In a panic she called me and told me the grave news. I went with her to the doctor who tried to set her straight. Still, she worried quite a bit until my little neice Olivia was born.
When I was little, pre pubescent, I used to believe that my testicles were a spare set of eyeballs. I used to believe that they would sometimes migrate at night and change places. That way, you could give your eyes a break and let the spare ones take over for a while.:-)
I remember when our dog was on heat, mum thought it was an opportune time to tell me about reproduction as I'd seen the neighbours dog on the back of our dog. She didn't mention the female had another opening and I recall holding onto my bun and thinking Nooooo!!!

I used to believe that the female body part was called "the gina" as opposed to "vagina."
My parents told us that babies came from the cabbage patch. When 6 my little sister was born in Aug just after dad had planted the cabbages for the new season. My sister and I panicked every year for a while when dad planted cabbages but couldn't understand why there were no more babies until Mum and Dad explained to us.
