I used to think sex was when a guy made a girl naked and hugged her. Then he kissed her all over. I thought this until about 7 or 8 when I was at my friend's house and I got up to go to the bathroom and her mom was screaming and her dad was saying "oh yeah, a little lower." I was scarred for life.

I used to believe that a menstral cycle was a cycle in the washing maching. (my sister told me that)

I asked my parents when I was a little lass "How do babies get here?"
And my mom told me that when a mommy and a daddy get along together they "get" a baby.

A few years ago I reminded my mom of what she told me.
She laughed and said " Well, getting along helps doesn't it?"

When I was six years old, I asked my father what my testicles were for. He jokingly told me, "Son, those keep your penis from flying away." So I took him seriously. I believed him for about a half a year until I convinced my friend of the same thing. Then we tryed to spread the word, but we got into a big argument with another kid about it...................

I used to believe…

When I was about four or five years old, for some reason I was ynder the impression that I was supposed to have FOUR testicles. Well, one day, i was using the toilet, and I started to feel around and I was frightened when I realized that I only had two testicles. So I ran out of the bathroom screaming, "My balls are gone daddy!' So my dad reassured me that I was okay, and thats that.

When I was little I read a Far Side comic, in which the doctor cuts the umbilical cord and the baby deflates and shoots across the room like a balloon. I used to believe that without proper care in removal of the cord, this could actually happen.

I had never been told about periods. So when i started I had no idea what it was, and I was scared.. I was putting
toilet paper in my underpants.. after a couple days it was from a darkish color to a redish. Once I realized it was
blood I thought I was bleeding to death. I was scared and
didnt want to tell my mom I was going to die! Well after a few days it was worse and I didnt FEEL sick... so I told
her there was blood in my pants.. she shoved me in the
bathroom with a sanitary pad and a sanitart belt (showing my age here) I had no idea what they were
or for.... but I figured it out.. and I didnt know all girls did this, it was never explained to me. I was only 12.. I guess in a few years I learned. It still makes me shake my head.

Up until I was 9, I thought that, for a woman to get pregnant, all she had to do was put on the wedding ring. I thought that there was a magical chemical in the ring that seeped through her skin and made a baby grow in her stomach. When the baby was ready, it would come out...Through her mouth. :/

when i asked my mom how woman gets pregnant, she said that when mother is hugging her husband, they are rubbing theirs bellies and then, mother's belly becomes bigger and bigger, so there is baby inside.

When I was 5, I believed(because of the Virgin Mary) that a virgin was like a nun or something(?). About 2 years later, I was watching something on tv and one person was using the word virgin in context with sex. they didn't exactly define virgin, so i just went with what seemed logical at the time and assumed a virgin was someone who was unable to have a baby.

I used to believe…

Until the age of 9 I was thinking that 'making love' meant lying in the bed and kissing. The reason was that I was watching the 'Bold and the Beautiful' and every day I was reading the updates. It was saying 'Brook and Ridge talk and then make love' and then I was watching them talking and then kissing and lying in the bed.

When we were ten, my class learned about sex (just the basic stuff like eggs and sperm, nothing that would traumatise us too much at that point).
Anyway it that class had a best guy friend who acted real girly and hung out with us girls more than he hung out with guys.
In my class was also this kid who assumed that if a boy wasn't manly and was too girly, he had eggs instead of sperm.
So, yeah, one day, he told my best friend that he had sperm instead of eggs, in front of the whole class, teacher included.

i used to think that when a child was born, it would be shot out of the vigina, and bouce around the room and into the mother's arms.
