When i was 3 i used to believe that when a person wanted a baby they would goon this website called "Make-a-baby" you would write in all the details ( gender, eye colour, hair colour, personality etc.) then they would deliver it to you. I asked my mum why men didn't go on www.make-a-baby.com she said men couldn't be bothered to go through all the questions. Then i found out why men couldn't have babies, nice.
i used to believe that to make babies a man and a woman have to get into bed naked and kiss then a baby comes,
At first,I used to think that parents go to hostpital and bye babies at 100 busks.
When, I grew older and learn that babies are born from mother's belly, I was surprised about some babies who have more than one mother. I thought that such babies are borne in parts from each of his mothers.
until 9th grade i used to believe that all primates (including humans) just needed to live together to give birth.
I used to believe that babies were born if the father sucked on the mothers boobies.
i used to believe that if u(being a girl) went pee in a toilet after someone else (being a boy) you would make a baby in the toilet and it would live in the sewer without its mommy or daddy
i took my friend and her four year old daughter to my first ultrasound. we explained to miss 4 that we were going to see the baby and she was absolutely terrified because she thought they were going to cut my tummy open!
when we were little, my cousin and i determined that parents only had sex one time and the number of babies they had depended on the length of time they had sex. therefore, we determined, my parents had sex longer than her parents, because my parents had 3 children and hers only 2.
i used to think that the delivery man would bring you a new baby to the door and if he were a month late then you would get it for free!!
i used to think that i was dropped from the sky out of a hot air balloon, landed on the wall in front of my parents' house and that was how they got me. i had this mental image of landing on the wall on my back, springing up and landing on my feet and then walking into the house where i grew up.
wen mi dad first told me how babies were made i werent really listening but he told me that sperm was like fishs so i thought that women stuck fish up their vaginas so wen my auntie got pregnant i sed wen did u go fishing? I totally confused everyone in the room and i thought that they didnt no how babies were made so i explained it to them. 32 years on and they still tease me about it!
I used to believe that when a mommy and a daddy wanted to have sex, they would get naked together and kiss a lot and the magic would flow from the daddy into the mommy through the kiss and make a baby in the mommy's stomach, then nine months later the baby would come out of the mommy's vagina. but i also believed that if the mommy didnt want the baby just yet she could put it back until later. And the mother could do that whenever she wanted until the baby was too big to fit in her stomach anymore.
then when i was like six, i kissed this boy behind a garbage can and and i was like "oh yeah, i had sex!"
When I was really little and starting asking my mother where babies came from she told me they came from dust. I came up the stairs one day and my mother was vacuuming under her bed. I started screaming and crying because I thought she was killing bunches of babies.
I had a very close friend growing up who did not belive in human reproduction at all. she thought that you could have a baby only if you prayed hard enough and were a good person. I pointed out that there were a lot of non-Christians who were still able to reproduce.
When I was little I thought I had everything figured out, including how babies were made. I thought that once two people were marrried that the priest who mrried them would hand them over a baby. I even tried this many times with no success, yet I still believed it. My teddy was my groom, the pig was the priest, and the rest of my stuffed animals were the audience. But I never did get my baby.
When my dad was little he asked my grandma how a baby was made. She got quite flustered and simply said "A seed is planted" for several years that if you wanted a baby you had to plant it in your garden
At the age of 7 years old i used to belive that i came out of a garbage can.
When I was a kid, I never really asked my mother about where babies come from. I thought that they actually came from the stork (I used to be cartoon freak-that's where that came from). Well, when I found out that babies come from a man and a woman having sex, I was quite surprised. Talk about naivete....
I used to believe that babies were born with teeth and that was why they were fed with bottles. To nurse a baby was old fashioned, not to mention very painful for the mother. In the early sixties, in the Seattle-Tacoma region, all the babies I saw were bottle fed.
When I was about 4 or five I thought that when you wanted a baby you just prayed to god and said, Ï wanna have a baby". Then I started thinkin' that on that very day I had to decide if I wanted a baby or not. So I said to myself, "God, I want a baby, but don't make it hurt when it comes out."
I was a kinda stupid kid
