I used to believe that sewer of WC (Water Closet) is the way to Hell so when I used to push flash I never used to see it till it finishes but I used to ran away to save myself.
When i was little (im 17 now) i was afriad of toilets with black seats. I dont no why but my mother made me go on one when i was eight and evr since im fine.there everywhere at my Tafe now so im glad im outta the avoiding them stage.
i blame ghostbuster's for this: there was a ghost toilet that had teeth or something and for some reason that meant that the toilet would explode when i flushed it. so everytime i was ready to flush, i would open the door, hit the handle and run as fast as i could to get away just in case.
When i was a child i saw a cover of a goosebumps book that had some creature coming out of the toilet. For almost a year after that, i would NOT sit on the toilet and i would look at the toilet while peeing.
I was terrified of using the toilet or taking a shower for the longest time because of the Goosebumps episode with the talking dummy. The reason: towards the end of teh show, the dummy was in the bathroom air duct and released some sort of green gas that made the person in there turn into a dummy.
Like many others with bathroom fears, I would perform many flush-and-runs until the age of 11, along with record breaking showers.
I thought that toilets would suck me in when ever I sat down
I was sure there were mosters lurking in our toilet...
I was always told that if you flush the chain when you are sitting on the toilet, then you would get sucked down with it. I believed this until I was 15
When I was really young... I never had a problem with the toilet until one morning, while watching MTV's "Rude Awakening" Jon Stewart mentioned something about how they're celebrating the kicking of his co-host's fear of "The Toilet Monster". From then on, it made sense that the loud sound of the flush was the groaning of the monster. Still to this day I have a slight apprehension when I hear an abnormally loud flush.
I used to be afraid that "boney Legs", a witch from a story Lived in the toilet.
when i was little i used to belive that a monster was living in my toilet and that he only came out at night so i'd never went to the bathroom at night!
I used to believe that inside the toilet was a big monster who was going to eat me when I sat on it. Fortunately my mother expalind to me that it was just stupid joke of my older friends from school and afterwards I wasn't afriad any more till last sunday when I realized that is true....
since watching the film 'Look Who's Talking' when i was around 4, i was always too scared to ever flush the toilet in case the toilet came alive and tried to eat me
whn i was 4 my cusion told me about aliens coming up through toilets and after that every time i went to the toilet and i herd a noise i thought an alien was going to cum up the pipes and eat my bumi was terrifed and i still jump whn i here toilets flush
I was so scared of the sound that the toilet made when i flushed that i would get in a running position then flush the toilet and run as fast as i could out of the bathroom.
I used to belive that i would get sucked down the toilet if i flushed it when i was on it so until 2 years ago i shut the lid and flushed so it would only suck down the toilet paper im 14
When i was very young (like 5 or 6)in my primary school the girls toilets had a really large door that no one used. It was always dark inside the toilets and every one kept on saying a girl had died in there and her bones was still in behind that door. i was soooo scared of going to the toilets incase she will get me.
my bff when i was little told me that when you were going poo that if you sat on the toilet too long lobsters would come and and pinch your bum all through out my bringing up i would always be scared that i was sitting on the seat too long and kept checking eventually my sister told me the truth... what a pal eh?
I used to be scared of the older-style toilets with a raised tank, due to an episode of Grange Hill in which someone pulled the chain and the water from the tank emptied onto them. I think it was just a prank played by some other kid on the show, but I still believed that could happen if I used one.
I used to believe that when you flushed the toilet, and left your hand on the flush for a long time, you'd be sucked right in.
