I have always thought, and more than likely will always think that something is going to get me when I sit down to use the toilet.
before i started cleaning house, i never knew how the toilet got clean after each use (especially in public bathrooms where there was no mommy with a toilet brush). it seeped into my imagination somehow that there were short, green gremlins in blue overalls which would climb out of the back of the toilet and hold up wooden signs that said "BUSY - CLEANING," then start scrubbing exactly when i flushed it. this terrified me for years, until i got chore-lists and found out they were small CHILDREN that had to clean the thing. -- and i was one of them!
My slightly older female cousin told me a story about these girls who got grabbed by a witch who lived in the toilet. When they flushed the toilet, this witch would grab them and skin them, eat their bodies and leave their skins in the bath tub. She said that the loud roaring noise the toilet makes when flushed was the witch crying out because she missed catching you. I still hate the noise of flushing toilets...
When i was 2 years old i believed that there was a bogie man in the toilet!!!!!!!!!!!
When I was little, let's say 4yrs old, I hated flushing our toilet because it was so loud....well I told my dad this and he explained to me that the sound came from the "Toilet Monster" trying to get out of the toilet bowl. For years after that I would flush the toilet and RUN from the bathroom out of fear that the "Toilet Monster" would sneek out and come get me.
I used to think that there was some kind of toliet creature in the toliet, and everytime you sat down on the toliet you were at risk of getting your butt bitten off, i'm still scared of the toliet monster when i'm going to the bathroom at a really run-down place
when i was 6 i used to think that if you didnt get out of the bathroom in time i would be taken away by spiders
I used to believe that if you didn't flush right after you pooped,a giant snake would come up and try to bite your butt.I always made sure to flush.
Dad, when we were alone, allowed me to watch the movies I shouldn't watch. After I saw "the Jaws' I was afraid of toilet, because i thought that a shark will come from the water in it and will eat me :]
When I was about 4 I was scared of going in the toilet downstairs, because their were spiders in it. I thought if I did they would bite my butt off.
weni was young i got scared 2 flush the tolet cause i thought chuckie from the horror movies would come out and kill me
When I was younger I would never go to the bathroom at my grandma's house because I thought that a witch was gonna pop out and bite my butt!
When I was little, my cousin told me that when you flush the toilet, little leprecans jumped out. So I flushed the toilet and ran away as fast as I could!!
When I was little, I used to be afraid to go to the bathroom with the door shut. I thought there were goblins in the toilet and if I shut the door I wouldn't be able to run away from them and they'd eat me...I had a very vivid imagination...come to think of it, I still do :)
when i was little i used to think that there was a mall skeleton in the toilet. and every time you went to the bathroom he'd eat what you "made" and if you didn't go fast enough he'd bite you in the butt. so everytime i went to the bathroom i'd go and jump off of it just to save my butt! lol!
when i was young i used to believe that when u pooped that every time u flushed u the toilet water would suck u down with so everytime i used to poop i would jump up after i pooped i later came to know that was just not true
when i was younger i used to be terrified of flushing the toilet at night. i thought if i flushed it things would come out of it and grab you so my mum had to wait outside the toilet and id run back into my room and shed flush the toilet lol it woz pretty funny coz id always wake her up =)
i thought i would drown if i fell in a toilet
When I was 5 (almost 6), I used to think that if I got to close to a toilet when it was being flushed, i would go down the little hole where the water goes! (Same with the bathtub)
when i was little i watched chuckie and a whole bunch of scary movies on halloween so during or after the movie i had to go so when i went i left the door open and asked someone to watch me and hold a rifle just in case so now I till this day piss with the bathroom door open.
