In the 4th grade, I got into a minor car accident after running across the street without checking for cars. Why? I had heard of looking left and right for traffic, but I thought that if I stuck my head out, my head would fly off as the cars sped by. Luckily, my injured needed nothing more than bandages and a weeks worth of recovery.

When i was a kid (about 5 years of age) i thought that the white lines that came from the back of the aeroplanes was the passengers spitting from the windows.

A cousin of mine used to believe that Guatemala was on a cloud. Every time we'd drop off grandma at the airport, the plane would go up to the clouds to guatemala. My cousin is dumb. lol
i used to ask myself how the lights at streets intersections worked. i used to believe that people were under every street changing the lights switches from red to green.
I used to believe that cars were like rollercoasters. There was a track that the cars were on and it pulled the cars along. The steering wheel was there to change "tracks." And the speed limits signs were really just telling you how fast you were going on that particular road.

When i was younger proabaly 4 to 9 I belived that Arkansas and other places outside of California were in the sky because my mom had family in Arkansas and use to have to take a plane there.
I figured that any place that needed you to travel to in a plane meant it was in the sky somewhere floating on clouds or some levitating piece of land.
I used to think that if a parking spot had a wheelchair on it, it was for employees only.
I used to believe the handicapped parking spaces (With the painted wheelchair) were for people to park their wheelchairs while they went in shopping. I didn't think about how they'd actually walk without it though.
