When i was four my mum got pregnant with my little brother. I asked her where the baby would come out. She told me the baby would pop out her belly button.
From the on i presumed that her belly button would fly out and the baby would dribble out as a jelly type thing and become a baby. I got so scared that she wouldnt be able to find her belly button again i used to walk around with a sieve in front of her and a cushion to catch the baby on.
Everyone thought it was amusing so never bothered correcting me.
