When a celestial Comet streaked across the night sky sometime in the 1970's...my parents kept pointing up at the night sky for days saying "Look at the comet, right there, can you see it?" I spent the next several years looking for a "Comic Strip" like The Peanuts and Beetle Bailey somehow visable in the evening sky...always disappointed.
