For some time, I thought Eric Clapton was singing "Captain Midnight" (in the song "After Midnight.)
A childhood belief about misheard lyrics
others believed things like this
- I used to think Jimi Hendrix was white, and Eric Clapton was black.— Steve
- I thought there was no midnight in military time; instead, it’d be 24:00.— Enrico
- when i was little i asked what time midnight mass started.
i honestly had no idea.— what time?? - I used to to believe that all adults went to bed at midnight.Anon
- I used to belive all grown ups went to bed at midnight.Anon
- I used to believe that all Street-Lamps were turned off at Midnight.Anon
