Toys come alive at night when you're asleep

When i was a kid my little sister wanted to get a baby expressions doll for christmas, i was scared of it because it's face used to screw up and it really freaked me out so i told her that if she got the doll it would crawl up onto her bed at night and pull faces at her. Needless to say she never did get the baby expressions doll.

When I was a child I used to believe that all the dolls had real interior parts of the body like heart,blood,brain and so on. Besides I used to believe that the dolls lived only by night.They talked to each other, ate food and danced.When the sun rose they stopped their night live to allow me and my sister to play with them as we wanted.

My sisters friend once told me that them dolls with them facial expressions and wierd mouths had pointy fingers (they were pointed out like a 'peace sign' on all of the dolls) used to come alive at night and when you were sleeping they'd poke your eyes out with their fingers. I was terrified for weeks after that and locked all my dolls in my wardrobe.

I used to believe that as soon as I would turn out the lights at night, that my barbie dolls would come to life and try to kill me. So, every night I would throw all of my barbies and stuffed animals into the closet, and I would close the door, and prop a chair in front of it so they could not get out....Freaky huh? lol

When I was little, I used to believe that dolls and soft toys were alive when kids were not playing with them, like in Toy Story.
So, when I didn't pay attention and that I walk on one, I had to take it and give him escuses. Also sometimes, I asked them if they could talk to me.
Of course, now, I don't believe that they are alive anymore, but when I walk on one, I continue to apologize.

When i was about 3 or 4, i used to have a cabbage patch doll w/red hair. anyway one nite i watched chuckie, and i thought since they both were dolls and had red hair that she'd come alive at nite and try to kill me. So i stuffed her in a box in the garage, and never played w/her again. lol

im 12 and have the BIGGEST collection of teddies(plushies/stuffed animals) in the world! i used to believe that once i went to sleep they talked about what they'd done in the day. so i used to pretend to be asleep and listen very carefully. trust me, i am so good at pretending to be asleep now, people shake me all the time just to check(im a deep sleeper, and a foghorn in my ear wouldn't wake me)

I used to believe that my dolls would come alive at night. So before I went to bed, I'd put them all in a comfortable position. I didn't want them to get mad and hurt me for leaving them thrown about. Sometimes I'd have my mom line them up in bed and I'd be afraid to turn over in case I mashed one and it would get angry. As an adult, I saw a tv show (maybe Twilight Zone) and it showed dolls coming alive at night so I knew it was real!

When I was eight or nine, I had this stuffed monkey. I always thought at night it would come to life and get on my bed and watch me sleep. I got so scared I had woken up one night and saw it on the floor and screamed. My mom came up stairs and I threw it in my closet.its been there ever since.

i am in 6thgrade and i used to belive that ounce u close your eyes your stuffed animals will come alive and when you open them thier not alive anymore. and i would try and open my eyes really fast to catch them and one day i asked my mom if they do and she said no and i told her how i got the idea and she said its not true. I was really dippapointed.

I, like many people, believed that your toys came alive when you left the room. I still like this idea and watch to see if it happens with the dolls and teddys I still have

I used to believe my stuffed animals would wake up the same moment that I fell asleep and that they went out doing things at night while I was sleeping.
When I saw them lying on the floor in front of my bed in the morning, I was sure they just hadn't made it back in time before I woke up.
