outer space

when i was little i thought that the moon was another earth. and i couldn't understand why i could see it in the middle of the day. cauz i figured when it got dark earth went away so we could see it in the sky (but it was really the moon)

I always belived that when you get to be an astronaut and go into space you can accedintelly fall of a ledge of a space shuttle and fall all the way down to the bottom of the universe.But now I know that there is no gravity in space and you can't fall to the bottom because no gravity will make you float.

when i was little i had a lot of snow globes my older sister told me that the earth was in a giant's snow globe and that is why we couldnt go very far in space because we would hit the glass

I used to believe that the sun and moon were married. I used to call them Mr. Sun and Mrs. Moon. I thought that whenever Mr. Sun was out, then Mrs. Moon had gone shopping, and if Mrs. Moon was out, then Mr. Sun had gone fishing... I couldn't quite figure out why they never stayed in the sky at the same time.

When i was a little girl i used to believe that God lives on the moon. if i got upset about something i go outside so we could look at each other and tell him about it... and i admit i still have that connection with the moon to this day. it does make me feel better looking at it.

When I learned that the universe never ended, I couldn't grasp the concept because I had been taught nothing lasts forever. So for years I imagine the universe suddenly ending by a big wall and then there was nothing but white on the other side.

i used to believe that there was a planet with identical people from earth on it. for example: there was an exact replica of me, my parents, friends, everyone. and they were doing the exact same thing at the exact same time. i dont know why.
