I used to believe…
aAt school we had to learn all the hymns by ear and in "All things bright and beautiful" I used to sing "How great is God or Mitty"!!!!
A childhood belief about hymns
others believed things like this
- My mum said that when I used to sing "noahs arc" at school I would sing "who built the arc, no one, no one"— Clare
- My brother used to believe that when we went to school dogs went to dog school to learn to speak and read— Matt
- I used to believe God had a pet tortoise. There was a hymn we sang that went "Great things he hath taught us"— Lozza
- Did anyone else sing "Hark, the hairy angels sing"?— Jill
- I thought the white circles you see when looking at a bright window were what atoms of air look like.— H.
- I once knew a girl who used to believe that the sun was actaully a really bright gold fish very high up.— meow
