I used to believe in horror movies that we watched with my family and they would tell me that if you don't pay attention or don't eat, the ghost catches you.
I used to believe that if you woke up at 3 am to drink water it was because some ghost wanted to see you or that it was the time when if you looked out your window a ghost would appear
As a child I believed in ghosts because all my childhood I lived for several years where my grandmother and she told me that every morning that she got up she would walk directly to the field where they were sowing corn and she told me that there were skulls lying in the grass and that every night they whistled and thus no thief or anyone who approaches those skulls would whistle and thus they could not steal or approach those places.
My childhood belief used to be that my parents used to make me believe that a ghost would appear if I didn't listen to what they told me.
I used to believe that if you go alone to a cemetery, a ghost may appear, but it was not like that, it was more likely that people with bad intentions would appear.
In school we used to believe that there was a ghost under the stage, because it was always dark and nobody dared to go in there, hahaha.
I believed when I was a child that if a house was left alone for a long time, ghosts would start living in it and they would scare anyone who entered the house because of that and I never dared to enter an abandoned house.
When I was a child, more or less between 4 and 5 years old I used to always go for a walk with my father to the countryside or to the city in search of new adventures.
They were incredible times in which he had fun for everything, but he also had a slightly extravagant belief which was to believe in ghosts while I was afraid, so I could not walk alone at night or gloomy dusk.
I used to believe in ghosts because he usually listened to legends and talents of terror.
When, I was 10 years old I thought ghosts existed because my brother always scared me with this, he used to come to my room at night for him it was funny but not for me because i was young back then, now i am 16 years old and i am always scared hahahahah! and it’s so funny because now my mother is a clairvoyant
When I was little I thought that the " coco " was under my bed and to protect me I covered myself with the sheets. and I thought if he saw me he would take me with him *The coco is the mexican boogeyman :'(
When I was a child I used to believe that if you put some dogs' eyelashes crust on your eyes you could see ghosts. I have never tried it.
I used to believe that there were ghosts in my home
Because I believed that my childhood home was haunted, I would never sleep alone... So I slept in my mom's bed until we moved out.
When I believed that if I sleep with my feet out of my bed a bad ghost would take me away.
top belief!
Me and my sister used to believe that there was a scary ghost thing called Darkrai that would eat us in our sleep if we didn't want to brush our teeth, eat our vegetables, or anything else that my parents wanted us to do. We would wake up our parents in the middle of the night because we were afraid that Darkrai was in our room and going to eat us.
But when my parents were so frustrated that they had to get up every night to our room to make sure there's no Darkrai in our closet, they told us that the whole Darkrai thing was all fake and they made it up just to get us to do stuff we didn't want to do. That's when we learned that Darkrai was fake and my parents were lying all along!
When I was a child I used to believe that there were ghosts or spirits in my bedroom because when I went to bed and couldn't sleep I used to hear some breathing close to me. I could feel it was sitting on my bed too, but when I turned on the lights there wasn't anybody. Other times I used to cover my head with the bed clothes and tried to fall asleep quickly. I remember it was a horrible situation.
Never step on a grave or their ghost will haunt you
I used to believe that over the houses of my city (in the South-Italy) and near my city, was living a kind of goblins who used to make jokes (sometimes very bad jokes). This because in my city there was (and there is) a legend of these goblins who were called "municeddhri".
I actually believe on ghosts because at my house i used to hear whispers but un another language and i have hear a baby crying at my house when i was with my neighbors and nobody was at my house.
