When I was little, I used to believe that every song on the radio was played live. I used to picture all the bands lined up, waiting for their turn to sing. I'm such a dork!

When I was young I used to believe that the bands, or singers such as Elvis were at the radio station singing. The Beatles, Animals, Rolling Stones, etc.

I always loved listening to the radio, even when I was young. I wanted more than anything to visit the radio station because I used to believe that all the singers/bands were actually there at the radio station, singing and playing. Wouldn't that be awesome if it were true?

I used to believe that when I heard a song on the radio, the band that was on was actually there live! I would imaging a stage where they were performing, with somebody behind the curtain, recording.

When I was a kid, I thought that all of the music on the radio was live - that the DJs had all of these artists in the studio with them. I found out when my family was listening to the classical station and I asked my mom how big the studio must be for that whole orchestra to be playing in there.

This one is probably extremely common. I used to believe that all TV and radio was live--REALLY live. The shows and music were performed as they were broadcast, and when you changed channel or frequency, they quickly shuffled in a new band or show. When you turned your radio or TV off, they shut down.

I used to believe that the people on the radio were singing live. Not a recording, but live people singing.

My 18 yr. old daughter recently told me that when she was little, she thought the songs she heard on the radio were being sung live. Imagine her confusion when she heard the same song at the same time on different stations.

When I was young, I thought all the bands were lined up at the radio station, waiting their turn to go in and play their one song, then leave and the next band would come in.. etc...

When I was about 5 I used to believe that everytime I heard a song on the radio or on a cd that where ever the singer was they were perfoming the song, and I was hearing it live.

Whenever I listened to the radio, I thought that whenever a song came on, the actual singer was in the studio. In other words, if a Gloria Estefan song came on the radio, I thought she was in the studio singing it.

I used to believe that the music on the radio was actually played by the bands at the radio station. I used to think that it must be a lot of work for them to keep moving from station to station.

I used to believe that the man on the radio, was sitting in a studio and live bands would show up and play the song. I never considered the logistics of this...

I used to believe when a song was played on the radio, the singer/band was called up from whatever they were doing to sing on a big stage and that was being recorded and sent to my radio. i thought the same thing for my CD player too.

I used to think that when a song was played on the radio that the band or singer was actually in the radio station playing. I wondered how the station could fit so many people to play all the songs.
